IMPORTANT NOTICE: Guided Fertility, LLC provides fertility coaching and education services only. This is NOT a medical practice, and no provider-patient relationship is created by using our services. The information and support provided do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a licensed healthcare provider for medical decisions.

1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing our website at guidedfertilitycare.com, scheduling a coaching session, or engaging with Guided Fertility, LLC in any capacity, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
These Terms and Conditions apply to all visitors, clients, and others who access or use our services.
2. Description of Services
Guided Fertility, LLC offers one-on-one fertility coaching and educational services provided by Ashley, a Registered Nurse with experience in a Philadelphia-area fertility practice. Our services are designed to help individuals and couples:
• Understand fertility diagnoses, test results, and clinical terminology
• Navigate fertility treatment options and protocols
• Prepare questions for appointments with their medical team
• Process the emotional and practical aspects of a fertility journey
• Organize and advocate for themselves within the healthcare system
Services are delivered via virtual coaching sessions scheduled through our third-party booking platform (Calendly + google meet).
3. Not Medical Advice — Important Disclaimer
THIS IS THE MOST IMPORTANT SECTION OF THESE TERMS. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY.
3.1 Coaching and Education Only
All services provided by Guided Fertility, LLC are for educational and informational purposes only. Our services do not constitute the practice of medicine, nursing, or any other licensed healthcare profession.
3.2 No Provider-Patient Relationship
Your use of our services does not create a provider-patient, therapist-client, or any other licensed healthcare relationship between you and Guided Fertility, LLC or any of its representatives, including Ashley.
3.3 Consult Your Medical Team
You should always seek the advice of a qualified physician, reproductive endocrinologist, or other licensed healthcare provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition, fertility treatment, or medication. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you read on our website or discussed in a coaching session.
3.4 Client Responsibility
You acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for all healthcare decisions you make. Guided Fertility, LLC is not liable for any health outcomes, treatment decisions, or actions taken based on information or support received through our services.
4. Eligibility
Our services are intended for adults aged 18 and older. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our sole discretion.
5. Scheduling, Cancellations & Refunds
5.1 Scheduling
Sessions are booked through our Calendly scheduling link. You will receive a confirmation email upon booking. It is your responsibility to ensure your contact information is accurate so you receive all session-related communications.
5.2 Cancellations and Rescheduling
We ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellation or rescheduling request. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may result in forfeiture of the session fee. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session at no reduction in cost.
5.3 Refunds
Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If you have concerns about a session or service, please contact us directly at the contact information provided on our website. Guided Fertility, LLC reserves the right to make the final determination on all refund requests.
6. Fees and Payment
Fees for coaching services are listed on our website and are subject to change. Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing. By providing payment information, you authorize us (or our designated payment processor) to charge the applicable fees.
All fees are stated in U.S. dollars. Guided Fertility, LLC is not responsible for any bank fees, currency conversion charges, or other fees imposed by your financial institution.
7. Confidentiality and Privacy
Guided Fertility, LLC understands the deeply personal nature of fertility journeys. We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of information you share with us during coaching sessions and through our website.
We will not share your personal information with third parties except as required by law or as necessary to provide our services (e.g., scheduling platforms). Please review our Privacy Policy at guidedfertilitycare.com for more detail on how we collect, use, and protect your information.
Please note that Guided Fertility, LLC is a coaching service and is not subject to HIPAA as a covered entity. However, we handle all personal and health-related information shared with us with care, discretion, and respect.
8. Testimonials and Client Content
If you provide a testimonial, review, or other feedback about our services, you grant Guided Fertility, LLC the right to use that content in our marketing materials, website, and social media, unless you explicitly request otherwise in writing. Your last name and identifying details will not be used without your separate written consent.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on guidedfertilitycare.com, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and educational materials, is the property of Guided Fertility, LLC and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission from Guided Fertility, LLC.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, GUIDED FERTILITY, LLC AND ITS REPRESENTATIVES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, HEALTH OUTCOMES, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES.
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO GUIDED FERTILITY, LLC IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation or exclusion of certain warranties or liabilities, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Guided Fertility, LLC, its owners, representatives, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your use of our services or violation of these Terms and Conditions.
12. Third-Party Tools and Links
Our website and services may include links to or integrations with third-party tools and websites (such as Calendly). These are provided for your convenience. Guided Fertility, LLC does not control and is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party services. Your use of third-party tools is at your own risk and subject to their respective terms and policies.

Guided Fertility, LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Pennsylvania in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
16. Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Guided Fertility, LLC regarding your use of our services and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
